Expertus Audit OÜ
is an entity established in 1998 for the purpose of providing accounting and financial advisory services for business entities as well as local governments, related institutions and non-profit associations and sole proprietors. Until 2011 Expertus Audit OÜ was conducting business as a sword auditing firm.
Expertus KLF OÜ
Expertus KLF OÜ was established in 2011, mainly for the purpose of providing financial auditing services. Expertus KLF OÜ was conducting business as a sword auditing firm from 2011 until 2023. Since 2023 we are providing mainly accounting, financial advisory services and financial trainings.
Our mission is to provide complex services, which promote the financial success, financial stability and efficiency of our customers and minimise their financial risks. We consider high standards in accounting to be a prerequisite of achieving success.
We provide our customers functional business relations that should naturally become an integral part of entity development. This can be achieved by close and constant cooperation with the finance area employees and management of customers. Contemporary and effective financial planning, finance and tax related advisory increasingly require consideration for international work experience, and the demand for knowledge regarding international taxation and internationally accepted accounting policies and principles is increasing, therefore in 1999, we joined HLB International, a global network of audit firms that provide international auditing, accounting and financial advisory services.
The Management Board
The Management Board of Expertus KLF OÜ consists of three members whose combined work experience in accounting and financial advisory exceeds more than 120 years.
